How To Order
People inquiring about roof repairs or total re-roofs may call in for a free estimate. Our estimators will come out and write
up an estimate for 25-year or 30-year shingles or higher. (Rose Roofing does not supply 20-year shingles because they are
not legal to the Florida State Statute.) Rose Roofing also does flat decks, hot mop (two-three ply bitumen), metal, tile,
and shingle roofs. You will recieve a copy of the contract to consider. If you sign with Rose Roofing then the home owner
is required to put 20-50% deposit down with a signed contract.
